Da bambina il mio sogno era quello di lavorare al circo. Ero attratta dall’aria magica di questo spazio temporaneo in cui tutto era possibile, dove ogni istante era scandito da colori vividi e dettagli surreali.

In questa serie illustrata, utilizzo questa tematica per inventare creature fantastiche e stravaganti ispirandomi alle locandine vintage di quelli che una volta erano conosciuti come freakshow.

As a little girl, my dream was to work in the circus. I was drawn to the magical air of this temporary space where everything was possible and every moment was marked by vivid colours and surreal details.

In this illustrated series, I use this topic to invent fantastic and extravagant creatures inspired by vintage posters of what were once known as freakshows.
